Opportunity:

We are currently hiring part time contract coaches to fulfill scheduled morning and after-school programming at school sites throughout the greater Denver area.

Role:

If you have a flexible schedule and care about young children, you may be a perfect fit.

Please note: This is not a full-time or guaranteed 40-hour position.

Ideal Candidate:

Substitute teachers, preschool teachers, coaches or college students in a preschool education program

Youth sports coaches, artists, yoga instructors

Parents/caregivers with a background in childcare, education, or fitness

Responsibilities:

Lead Active Enrichment Sessions: Deliver DashStrom’s structured, movement-based curriculum with energy and positivity to preschool and elementary students. Arrive at the session location early (at least 15 minutes) and prepare for the lesson of the day.

Create a Positive Environment: Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and safe atmosphere that encourages personal growth while guiding students with age appropriate challenges in our movement curriculum.

Build Relationships: Collaborate with parents, school staff, and community members.

Community Engagement: Occasionally participate in outreach and marketing efforts to promote DashStrom programs.

Reliable & Professional: Maintain clear, timely communication and uphold DashStrom’s values both on and off the field.

Report and Communicate: Submit brief session reports and maintain reliable communication with the DashStrom team.

Commitment: Must commit to coach multiple seasons as we operate year round in all seasons.

Requirements:

Experience: Prior experience working with children in a school, daycare, or youth coaching setting is required. Must be at least 18 years old.

Reliable Transportation: Must have your own vehicle and be willing to drive to various locations in the Pittsburgh area.

Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Motivation & Independence: Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Positive Attitude: Energetic, caring, and passionate about making a difference in children’s lives.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation: Between $30-$50 depending on experience, class size and location.
