PARTNER COORDINATOR

Part-time with the intention to grow into Full-time

Join our team as the operational backbone connecting DashStrom's coaches, schools, communities and leadership team. This role owns the full lifecycle of a partner relationship and a coach's engagement — onboarding through certification, ongoing class delivery, and reporting.

 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and energized by keeping many moving pieces running smoothly and on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Point of Contact for Partners​​​

• Manage all communications including pre/post surveys, assessments and act as liason with leadership team. ​

• Ensure each site and coach has what's needed ahead of each session or season.

• Manage onboarding, account setup and invoicing.

Coach Training & Certification

• Coordinate coach training sessions and certifications.

• Manage all feedback from partners and parents.

• Track clearances and all compliance.​​

​

Must-haves:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, youth development, operations.

• Prior experience in program coordination, school partnerships, or operations management.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills: able to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves:

• Comfort with data entry, survey tools, and basic reporting.

• Experience with background clearance processes (PA Act 34/114/151).

• Coaches are fully trained, certified, and motivated.

• Reporting and survey data are accurate, timely, and actionable for leadership.
