This class is for elementary school children grades 3-5. We meet once a week for 6 weeks. Each session will focus on a key principle or skill.
EMPOWERMENT PRINCIPLES:
Power Words, Teamwork, Integrity
FITNESS SKILLS:
Warm Up & Cool Down, Speed vs. Endurance, Strength Training
Our mission is to empower children with confidence, grit, and a growth mindset through active play.
In case of severe weather, you will be notified and a make-up class will be offered.
