Lower softball fields, grassy area.
Please send your child with a healthy snack and a full water bottle.
Registration fee includes a Mindset Movers tee shirt, water bottle, wrist band and earned medal (medal challenge is on Friday for those attending the full week camp - trust me, every child is capable of earning their metal and will get multiple tries if they want it.)
Attire: sneakers, comfortable active wear appropriate for the weather. They will be active and they may get dirty.
No cell phones. My phone will be available and on in case of an emergency.
This is a fun, highly positive camp that will give kids an introduction to positive mindset concepts, the power of their own thoughts and words, and a foundation of confidence and integrity—all through movement-based games! Campers will learn to use their “power words,” to push through challenges using their bodies and minds together. It's a unique and fun way for kids to step away from screens, enjoy the outdoors, and get some exercise.
Daily Schedule:
30 min- arrival, free play
60 min - Dashstrom curriculum class (warm up, empowerment principle introduced, empowerment drill, game, cool down & wrap up)
15 min - break and snack
30 min - arts & crafts
30 min - camp games
15 min - free play, dismissal
