What ages can participate?

Age groupings will depend on your coach and location. However, the DashStrom Fitness Program is appropriate for all ages from Caretaker & Me Classes all the way through high school. Please check our roster of amazing coaches for more detailed information on the classes offered in your community.

What type of child does well in this program?

The DashStrom Fitness Program combines physical and mental health through games. We oftentimes have children who are not into sports but still need to be physically active and this is a great program for them. We also have competitive athletes who train with us during off season so they can develop more confidence, grit and a growth mindset.

Question 4

What should my child bring to class?

Accepted Answer

Your child will be running and getting their heart rate up so athletic attire and adequate shoes are important. We also recommend bringing a water bottle with your child’s name on it. Depending on the location, bathrooms may not be available and coaches are not allowed to help your child in the bathroom so please ensure they have gone potty before class starts.
