DashStrom is a unique after-school program that blends social-emotional learning with engaging physical activity – designed to benefit all kids, whether or not they’re interested in traditional sports. We have coached over 12,000 children nationwide ages 3 to 13 and are expanding nationwide.

Have experience working with kids and a genuine passion for their well-being

More about a DashStrom Coach

Our coaches are truly partners in the DashStrom mission. Children are our future, and we take great care to have the best coaches as their guides and mentors.

We require coaches to have previous experience working with children as educators, youth coaches, mentors, camp counselors etc. And all coaches must pass a background check.

We also want our coaches to be well compensated for their time and effort. Instead of paying you a lower wage per hour, you will earn a percentage of revenue for the classes you coach.

DashStrom can place you at partner institutions AND we will also teach you how to start programs of your own.
