Thank you for being part of the pilot DashStrom Concierge Program where we connect you to a school partnership. It is important that you understand the Program details.
For your investment of $997, DashStrom will conduct a thorough review of private schools and day cares serving toddlers, preschool and elementary aged children in your area. We will then narrow the search for schools that already have established procedures and existing enrichment programs. If you do not wish to work with young students (toddlers and preschool, please let us know as soon as possible)
We will contact schools to bring DashStrom to their students. We will negotiate terms and sign the contract. We will then bring you in as the Coach for that contract and you will be compensated based on those terms. If you do not want to coach for the school, you do not need to accept the terms - DashStrom will however place another coach in the position.
Contract values depend on how many students sign up for your class. DashStrom cannot guarantee the number of students as the school has its own internal marketing. If there are opportunities for you to market at the school (activity fair or similar) we will pass those along to you.
You are responsible for class management, parent communication, and any on the ground issues or questions that arise. We are the connectors, not the implementors. Most schools renew their contracts with us, but as the Coach, their decision of renewal will most likely be based on you as the Coach and on your relationship with the students, parents and staff.
Your investment covers at least ONE contract from where you can start and grow your business. If we are able to secure more than one contract we will, however, we do not guarantee past the initial contract.
Your $997 investment covers the outreach and business development. It does not cover the curriculum and training materials. Usually, these schools pay at the end of the month or season. We will disburse funds as we receive them based on the percentage you joined DashStrom with.
If we do not provide you with at least ONE school contract within four months, we will refund your $997 and give you an additional $50 gift card as a thank you for trying out our Concierge Program.
This is the first time we are running the Concierge Program and look forward to your feedback as we move forward.
