Lower softball fields, grassy area.
Please send your child with a healthy snack and a full water bottle.
Registration fee includes a water bottle and wrist band.
Attire: sneakers, comfortable active wear appropriate for the weather. They will be active and they may get dirty.
No cell phones. My phone will be available and on in case of an emergency.
This is ONE day option, as part of the full week "Discover Your Super Power" Camp. Please refer to the description under the full week camp. (please note that the roster is limited to 10 kids which may include kids signed up for the full week -reserve a spot now)
The theme for this day will focus on POSITIVE THOUGHTS and OVERCOMING DOUBTS. Campers will learn to expect negative thoughts when they are trying something new. They will be given the tools to recognize those negative thoughts, acknowledge them when the come, and replace them with positive thoughts. They will also learn the concept of posture in physical fitness and running.
Campers will leave empowered to change negative thoughts into positive thoughts, using their power words, They will learn to overcome their self-doubt with self-awareness and positive thoughts.
