Attire: sneakers, comfortable active wear appropriate for the weather. They will be active and they may get dirty.
This is a FREE 1 hour sneak peak into what your child will do as a Mindset Mover! Allow your child to dip their toe in the waters of empowerment and fun fitness games, while you stay and observe the fun! If you decide to register for an upcoming workshop or summer camp before you leave, your child will leave with a free tee shirt and water bottle.
