Summer is here and your kids want to celebrate! We have a fun FREE event for the community to kick off the summer and give you a "taste" of something SWEET! This is your chance to bring your child and try out the Mindset Movers program free of charge. One hour will be a trial empowerment class where your kids will get to move their bodies, yell out loud, and feel fantastic while you observe. They will also get to decorate a cookie from Kennedy Township's own Cookie Cookie Ice Cream!

The empowerment class: Your kids will start to learn about the power they have within them to do whatever they set their mind to! They will learn about the power of their thoughts and words. They will participate in a fun fitness game that will empower them with the unshakable confidence that comes from knowing how to turn their negative thoughts into powerful positive ones.

If your kids have fun, and you find value in the experience for them, there will be a chance to sign them up for some of our summer camps to continue them on their empowerment journey this summer!
