I have been a fitness enthusiast all my life and enjoy a variety of team sports as well as playing tennis, running and strength training.

Life became super busy for me 8 years ago when I became a mom to twin girls. You would think I would slow down a bit, but you could always see me jogging with a baby jogger. I still love being active with my girls and reinforcing their positive and growth mindset. We love hiking, swimming, and playing games in parks together. They are super adventurous, active and spunky!

As life turned upside down in early 2020, I was determined to continue to grow with my girls, pursuing a new adventure. Combining my entrepreneurial spirit with my love of fitness, and teaching important life lessons,

I am thrilled to offer Powerful Kids Run Club to the children in our community. Our empowerment curriculum will foster their growth, confidence and fitness all while having fun!
