I am the Founder and Head Coach of Glow Up Kids Run Club! I am a homeschool mom of 3 who has a passion for empowering kids through health and fitness . I love teaching kids just how capable they are of doing hard things! It's so important to teach our children, as early as possible, how much our inner thoughts matter. We're growing leaders & overcoming weakness! I've worked with kids of all age ranges, through daycare positions , children's and youth groups, as well as, being a P.E. teacher for early elementary kids. I am a certified play-based kids fitness coach, as well.
