Amazing Dash
A free afterschool event for kids + caregivers
Amazing Dash is a joyful, high-energy afterschool event where kids and caregivers team up to tackle fun challenges together. Inspired by The Amazing Race, families rotate through short games that build confidence, resilience, and teamwork — all through play.
Ages: 3-13
Who participates: One child + one parent or caregiver
Where: Five Pittsburgh-area school districts
When: Right after school during pickup time
Cost: Free

What to expect
Think obstacle courses, relay races, coordination games, and creative challenges — all designed to be age-appropriate, inclusive, and fun.
Short, fast-moving challenge stations
No experience or athletic skills required
Kids learn by trying, adjusting, and trying again
Caregivers participate right alongside their child
This isn’t about winning — it’s about showing up, trying something new, and growing together.
